There are quite a number of golf courses in the area to choose from, so if you are planning a golf break or just fit in a round whilst staying in the area, there are courses to suit the ‘just about swing a club’ player through to professional. So for nine challenging holes maybe try Penmaenmawr, and USGA standard greens at Abergele, or for the more challenging championship courses at North Wales and Maesdu, or Wales only ‘open’ qualifying course at Conwy, host to the Welsh Open Seniors Golf tournament.
